ANNUAL PASS Terms and Conditions

  1. All rates are good between Jan 1, 2013 and Dec.31, 2012. (Except Hot Summer Passes)
  2. Existing Pass Holder:
    15% off : if pay by 12/31/12 (No discount for cart fee & N/A for 10 rounds pass)
    10% off : If pay by 1/31/2013 (No discount for cart fee & N/A for 10 rounds pass)
    MGC will charge regular rates after 2/1/2013
  3. SENIOR : MORE THAN 55 YEARS OLD.    JUNIOR : UPTO HIGH SCHOOL
  4. Usage fee of GHIN card : MEMBER-$24/YEAR     NON-MEMBER-$26/YEAR     Card fee : $2
  5. A new Pass Buyer who was not MGC member anytime during the last 6 years, WILL RECEIVE 20% OFF of their pass fee from Regular pass rates. (Excluding  yearly cart fee)
  6. DEFINITION OF FAMILY : MUST LIVE TOGETHER. (UNDER SAME ROOF)
  7. Discounts do not apply to golf outings - any holder has to pay in full when they play the golf outing.
  8. Annual pass fee is Not refundable and Not transferable.
  9. There are no further discounts. (Please do not ask.)
  10. Full payment must be received at the time of purchase.
  11. Any pass holder must book their tee time on weekends.
  12. Any player(s) with Trail fee payer must pay in full green & cart fee.
  13. All pass holders must read and sign on 2012 annual pass application sheet.
  14. A corporate annual pass is available. (We are willing to put together a package to fit your budget. Please ask.).
  15. MGC has a right to close the course anytime because of an outing, weather, course conditions,  etc.
  16. All passes are not taxable, but annual cart fee.
